GTA IV on geforce 8400 gs 256mb 16-24 FPS very low setting
recorded with fraps so it's a bit slower but the "ingame FPS average" is around 20...(when it rains it's around 16 but at least playable) i changed the blur,rain,bloom and ped values in visualsetting.dat to 0 and i set all "far clip" value in timecyc.dat to 300 (u can set it lower and gain other FPS but if u have to fly i suggest to set it around 350-400)......i know graphic is crap like this but hey i can finally play smoothly with my "low profile card" my PC: Windows 7 Directx 10 GeForce 8400 gs 256 mb Ram:4 GB
