London Motorcycle Crime Compilation (short version)

London is besieged by a motorcycle crime epidemic. People (often young kids) are stealing bikes, joyriding them, then breaking them down for parts or using them in the commission of further crimes. It's completely out of hand and I call upon the Mayor of London and the London Assembly to do something about it before more people get seriously hurt, whether that be setting up a task force, changing the penalties, training more officers in tactical pursuits or using bait bikes.
