Talk to him and fix his drum. He will then proceed to dance on it and break it again and he will give it to you. Click the drum and get the item. _Decay-Infused Tanning Oil_ is located at /way 16.76, 38.81 in Brackenhide Brambles. It is sitting on a barrel next to the tent. _Treated Hides_ is located at /way 57.55, 41.37 in the Snowhide Camp.
