Playing Escape From Tarkov The Way it should Be Played

A video of how I hope/expect gameplay to be like in the future. All I did was not reload mags and not hotkey meds. This didn't seem to hurt me just made me play a bit slower. The original plan wasn't to not bring painkillers but not bringing them reminded me of how OP they are.
