This is how I grind daily, in my opinion is the best way to do item and rune farming instead of of doing a single spot for 100 times a day. Run all the way to Black Marsh, Andariel lair, Lower Kurast, Travincal, Mephisto's Lair. River Flame to Diablo Santuary, Halls of pain to Nilathak, Pindleskin, Worldstone keep 2 to Baal. You can add cow level, these one hour run will give you good amount of low to mid rune drop chances. Anyway I am farming with Lastwish Phase Blade plus Dream helm/shield. Good luck and Have fun.
