This so-called secret budget build is based around the Scar-L, and is extremely cheap compared to most rifle builds in Escape from Tarkov. I really enjoy this style of budget builds in Tarkov since it combines both effective rounds, and a cheap build that could still be considered a meta weapon build by many players.
