Frostpunk: The Last Autumn, Part 3A - Terror Must Be Maintained, or the Empire is Doomed

The conclusion of the workers' route, and it's down to the wire: London has informed us that we are able to be cut off from supplies, and the sea is about to freeze up... and once that happens, NO ONE is leaving. Not that we would allow it anyway. Though the workers' union controls the site now, they still have to answer to the boss... and the boss says we still have a job to do. Still, the union maintains order in its own way: Using some of that water pumping into the generator to scald the enemies of the people to death. Letting them eat hearty seems to have gone to their heads...
