my new computer!
full specs: cpu: amd 7700x gpu: gigabyte aero 4080 motherboard: asrock b650 livemixer case: lian li lancool 216 white/rgb ram: g.skill ripjaws ddr5 6000 storage: 1 tb and a 2 tb samsung 980 pro m.2 nvme cpu cooler: arctic 240 argb psu: thermaltake gf3 850w (atx 3.0) something of a show and tell today with an unboxing and showcase of my new computer that i built piece by piece. initially i was going to get something a bit cheaper and honestly was just going to go with a pre-built, but the more i kept going back and forth between companies and their specific options, the more i realized that what i really wanted was something that i would have to put together myself. and so here i am. a key thing about this computer is that the cpu and gpu will both be undervolted and will never be run at full balls to the wall mode, so the 240 cooler and 850w psu will easily be enough to handle the loads i throw at it. (:
