Sienci 30X30 LongMill CNC Router: Lineman 2.5D - 3D Carving
I am using the 30X30 LongMill CNC router to carve this model. It took about 2.5 hours to rough out and 1 hour for the finish pass. I did not record any of the file work for this video. Vectric Vcarve https://www.vectric.com/products/vcarve-pro I used Vcarve to CAM this model 100 mm/sec 40% Step over Gsender https://github.com/Sienci-Labs/gsender I used Gsender to send the gcode to the router. I ran the speed up to 121%. The 1/4 inch end mill was used to pocket and profile the tray.
