Engine 8 and Truck 4 of the Chicago Fire Department are here seen responding code 3 with lights and sirens. Both of these units are housed at the fire station in the Chinatown district in Chicago. I believe that's why they also have Chinase numeral's on them. Also notice the Mercedes-Benz star on Truck 4.
