CNC Router video from Sketchup, Rev 4 of my design

Rev 4 of my design for my CNC router. The frame is 1000mm x 500mm and made out of mild steel 40mm x 40mm x 5mm. The bed is 2 layers of 1000x500x10mm Aluminium. on top of this will be a sacrificial layer of some sort. Ball screws for the X & Y axis are 1610 with anti-backlash ballnuts. The Z axis has a 1605 ball screw with anti-backlash ballnut. Linear rails are SBR20 for the X & Y axis and SBR16 for the Z axis. Motors will be NEMA 23 3Nm ones all round. Drivers will be 3 x CW-5045 4.5A, 50V CNC Microstepping drives. This design has evolved (as they all do) and for what I want it to do it will be sufficient for the time being. I'm sure like everyone else I'll build a bigger one later...
