Klaus Nomi - Total Eclipse Pipe Organ Cover
For a year from 2019-2020 I worked as a church organist at St Mary's of the Angels in Batley, and whenever there wasn't a service on, I was allowed to play the organ whenever I wished, which was one of the most fun parts of the job, regrettably this was the only video I recorded of my playing whilst I was there. At the time of recording, which I think is May 2019, I had just discovered the amazing Klaus Nomi, and had learned his masterpiece Total Eclipse, From playing the first few notes I knew this song played on the organ really sounded special, so I asked my dad to go down to the pews and record it for me, I only had my iphone with me and it did and incredible job of capturing the sound of the organ, good headphones or speakers are recommended!
