FNV Clean Animations - Revisions | Laser Pistol

No major overhauls with this one--idles are the same. Attacks saw a revision, and the unequip/equip got cleaned up, because they were very messy. A "no recoil" version will be provided. To be included in the Part 1 - Revisions mod.
