Palmetto State Armory PSAK-74 - Are they safe to shoot or are the locking lugs defective?

Garand Thumb showed the most concerning issue with his video and his concern that the locking lugs were showing signs of abnormal wear thereby raising concerns if the PSA AK74 was safe to shoot or not. We take a deep dive into my PSA AK74 and see if there are safety concerns with my rifle or if the wear shown is more or less fairly normal.
