Ingredients: 2 cups uncooked rice 4 cups water 1-2 tbsp olive oil 5 cloves garlic 1/2 med size onions 1/2 mini bell peppers (yellow,red,orange) 1/2 or 1 cup frozen peas and carrots 2-3 tbsp braggs soysauce 1 tsp dark mushroom soysace 1 tbsp mushroom seasoning 1 or 2 green onion for garnish Salt and pepper to taste Give it a try and enjoy!
