Synchronized Traffic Lights In North Park (University Ave & Illinois St)

This is an older video of the heart of North Park at night around 10pm with all of the high pressure sodium street lights on. It shows a few traffic lights all together in sync with each other. It was a little frustrating doing this video because of one vehicle with extremely bright LED head lights blasting into my eyes and my camera lens so it was hard to see.
