Intel HD Graphics problem - dual monitor problem with new drivers

When second monitor is turned off - the problem is gone. The problem is existing with all Intel HD drivers after 15.26.12.64.2761 (Win7_64_152612.exe) *Recorded with Samsung Galaxy Note II*
