We recently bought a house in North Carolina — built in 1968 — and this is the beginning of our renovation journey. For now, we’re doing mostly cosmetic updates, but bigger projects are coming: ✔️ bathroom renovation (and possibly the floor — yes, there’s some damage), ✔️ floor insulation (already done — that was fun 😅), ✔️ and roof insulation replacement in the future.
