make your own assetto track (part 2: lighting)

This tutorial is an extremely brief introduction to track lighting for assetto corsa, in order for all of this to work, you will need "Lighting FX" to be ON in custom shaders patch. Here is the github wiki that goes over all the lighting parameters I covered as well as a ton more that I simply don't understand. https://github.com/ac-custom-shaders-patch/acc-extension-config/wiki/Tracks-%E2%80%93-Lights You can also find wikis for a bunch of other extension configs there if you feel like digging a bit. I felt inclined to make this tutorial because there are simply no easy to follow tutorials that show how to get track lighting working on your own map so, not the best video, but will get your lights working to start. play around with settings, try new parameters, monitor cpu/gpu usage while doing so to ensure your lighting is efficient and not overloading your system. Have fun with it. 0:00 Intro 0:11 Loading track/place lights 1:29 Save/export RTB 1:42 Load/export KSeditor 2:43 File structure 3:08 Content manager/object inspector 3:55 Extension folder and .ini 5:00 Ini light settings 8:27 Test and adjust accordingly 9:42 Adjustment comparison 10:25 Wiki talk and Outro #AssettoCorsa #SimRacing #Drifting #TrackCreation #MapCreation #AssettoCorsaMods #TrackDesign #GamingMods #ModdingCommunity #VirtualRacing #SimDrifting #CustomTracks #RacingSimulator #GameMods #CreativeGaming #AssettoCorsaCommunity #DriftTracks #RacingTracks #ModdedTracks #TrackReleases #AssettoCorsaDrifting
