Freeze Dried Real Fruit Fruit Cake Ep42

This is a fantastic experiment and why I so love my Harvest Right Freeze dryer. The challenge with freeze drying fruit cake is candied fruit and the cake batter. Which would certainly come out hard. I replaced the batter with apple sauce and the candied fruit with fruit cocktail. The results will blow your mind!
