THIS VIDEO IS OUTDATED... THEY HAVE A NEW WEBSITE WITH NEW AND DIFFERENT FEATURES. I dont think Im gonna be making a video about the updated website but I might. Should still work as of 2022 but the website may look different. New website https://edge.hoi4modding.com This video shows you the easy way to make custom countries in HOI 4. If you want to change your mod after exporting it just replace the already existing files in your mods folder with new ones from the website.
