The peacefulness of just “being,” of just soaking in the present moment, of allowing ourselves to relax, even for a short while, of not dwelling on the past or fretting about the future… of just “being.” This is a concept that we could all embrace if we allow ourselves to. To allow ourselves to reflect without judgement, to understand that we are all in this together, to be compassionate, to work together as a team… these are all things we can strive for. This simple meditation can help us to clear our minds and relax, to let go of our busy thoughts, our worries and concerns, and allow a calmness to wash over us. Everything is going to be alright.
