RimWorld - Zombie Surprise

These guy creeped up on Yury during the night while he was out gathering food for the injured Ari. Ari being from a different world actually appeared out of thin air in the distance... Yury didn't know what events led to her appearance but the fact that zombies followed suit cannot be a coincidence right?
