Registry Editor Works for All editions of Windows 8/8.1 GROUP POLICY EDITOR =================== 1. Enable/Disable Store for All Users ----------------------------------------­---------- - Open "Run" (Press Win+R) and type "gpedit.msc" - Go to "Computer Configuration"--"Administrativ­e Templates"--"Windows Components"--"Store". Right click "Turn off the Store Application" and click "Edit". Select "Not Configured" and "Disabled" to enable Store. Choose "Enabled" to disable Store. Click OK. - Windows Store will be disabled for all users. You will see the following in the Store "Windows Store isn't available on this PC. Contact your system administrator for more information". 2. Enable/Disable Store for Specific Users ----------------------------------------­----------------- - Open "Run" (Press Win+R) and type 'mmc.exe" - Go to "File" and click "Add/Remove Snap-in". Select "Group Policy Editor" in the left and click "Add" and then "OK". Now click "Browse" and then "Users" tab. Select user from the list for whom you want to Enable/Disable Store. Click "OK" and then "Finish". Click "OK" - Go to "Console Root"--"Local Computer"--"User Configuration"--"Administrativ­e Templates"--"Windows Components"--"Store". Right click "Turn off the Store Application" and click "Edit". Select "Not Configured" and "Disabled" to enable Store. Choose "Enabled" to disable Store. Click OK. - Windows Store will be disabled for the specific user. Registry Editor =============== 1. Download Registry Keys here : http://bit.ly/1ey3u23 2.
