m2tw unlock all factions descr_strat.txt Read Only and Don't have permission to edit problem fix

Getting the Read Only File error? Follow what I do and you will be able to unlock all factions! Steps: 1) locate C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign 2) Find the descr_strat.txt file and right click on it. Select properties. 3) Find attributes at the bottom of the properties tab. 4) unclick "Read Only" 5) Move file onto desktop and right click and edit with notepad 6) when you move all the factions into playable save as "descr_strat1.txt" 7) Move back into the C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign location 8) right click and rename descr_strat.txt tags: C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\Medieval II Total War\data\world\maps\campaign\imperial_campaign medeival 2 total war cheats m2tw cheats m2tw read only error unlock all factions
