Borderlands 3 Epic Games Possible Stuttering Fix (NOTEXTURESTREAMING)

I will show you a fix to a stuttering problem that I experienced a while back. It worked for me, with two catches: 1. FPS will drop and 2. Longer loading times. Recommended if you still have 60+ FPS after disabling texture streaming as it will provide the smoothest experience. Sorry for the awkwardness with the voice over, I am shy, easily nervous, and have troubles communicating at times, will try my best to improve over time.
