Laparoscopic management of enlarged Lymph Node after Endometrial Cancer Surgery!!!!
We wanted to present a patient who had been operated for endometrium ca and had lymph nodes compatible with metastasis on PET CT 1 year later and managed laparoscopically. In frozen, lymph nodes were not found to be metastatic, management will be planned according to the final pathology. Good time !!!! Endometrium ca nedeniyle opere ettiğimiz ve 1 yıl sonra PET CT de metastas ile uyumlu lenf modları saptanan ve laparoskopik olarak yönetilen hastayı sunmak istedik. Frozen da lenf nodları metastatik saptanmadı, nihai patolojiye göre yönetim planlanacak. iyi seyirler!!!!
