Eligible items are: Soulspheres, Motion Sensor Modules, Life Support Modules, Clairvoyance stim, Allmap, etc. The rarer the item, the more respectable the choice is. + If the wad you're playing is filled with a lot of monsters and you're having too much trouble handling the crowd, you can change to these settings: Base Difficulty: UAC Recruit Damage Taken: 200% Damage Dealt: 70% + If instead you feel like there are too few monsters, you can switch to: Base Difficulty: Lone Marine Damage Dealt: 70%
