BWV 1064 - Konzert für drei Cembali in C Dur - Karl Richter - I. Allegro

"Die 13 Cembalokonzerte" (The 13 Harpsichord Concertos) are a series of concertos composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, most of them transcriptions of other works. These concertos were played in Leipzig's Café Zimmermann by the Collegium Musicum, a music college of which Bach was dirigent. His two sons, Wilhelm Friedemann and Carl Philipp Emanuel, probably played with him in the concerts for more than one harpsichord. These recordings are from Karl Richter, dirigent and harpsichordist, and his Münchener Bach-Orchester. The twelfth concerto is probably transcribed from a lost triple violin concerto. Enjoy!
