DCS World - Combined Arms - Tutorial / FULL MISSION

2022 Update: This video still is worth a watch because combined arms hasn't changed much at all over the years. Helpful Hints: F1-F12 - Usually camera views. To quickly view a unit, click on the unit that is on the map and hit the corresponding key. F2 for planes, F7 for ground forces. DCS A10c Georgian Hammer CA campaign. This allows you to fly as the A10c and control the ground forces. This video was designed to assist my friends. In my opinion DCS combined arms can be one of the greatest real time strategy games out there. I think that there is a lot of room for improvement for ground forces. Especially for those who want to physically be in control of ground forces. While you can do so, it is not exactly fun or 'fair'. The AI can see through objects and shoot through trees. This does not detract from the fun of playing it as a RTS. Because units under your control have the same abilities. I like to soften the area up with air support. Watch the missiles come in and destroy stuff. Then move in the ground targets for a sweep of the remaining hostiles. The more you know about enemy vehicles and capabilities of your own. The better matched up you will be and the better your decision making skills will be. For example do not take M1A1s head on with T80s. That is a fair fight. Instead take a A10c to a T80 and let the M1A1s mop of IFV/APCs. Never fight fair. Fight to win. Enjoy.
