Tier V Premium American destroyer USS Hill has the best gun DPM of any Tier V destroyer in World of Warships, and ranked affords her the opportunity to maximize use of it. I give up a ton of health early in this game on Big Race via some bad positional choices, but I'm able to hang in the game and pick up a High Caliber along the way.
