You need to get killed from him and then you will travel to the Hypogean Gaol secret area (Yahar'gul, Unseen Village). Exit the cell and move downstairs to find Adella. If you are wearing the Healing Church chestpiece then you can send her to either Odeon Chapel, Isefka's Clinic or withhold the information. Send her to the Odeon Chapel and speak with her there. Then you will obtain the Church Bow gesture (female). If you kill her or send her to Iosefka's Clinic and kill her there then she will drop the Oedon Writhe Rune.
