2016 Chevy Suburban DOD failure on cylinder 4

Customer had stoped in and ask to diagnose miss fire problem . Recent repair had been done , unfortunately a failure has occurred in same area . Did diagnosis , recommend to send back for warranty service . Which dealer took care of quickly , contacting us and picking up for the service .
