Karl Sanders, Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship program director at the University of Utah, graciously allowed us fellows to intubate him for educational purposes. Nate Orgain with anesthesia teaches us about careful topicalization, transtracheal lidocaine for improved topicalization and awake intubation techniques.
