Nier Automata - Testing the YoRHa-Issue Blade LV4 Pod Charge ability

Testing the Pod Charge ability from the LV4 YoRHa-Issue Blade, that reduce the Cooldowns of the Pod Programs, with the LV2 R010 Laser. No Fast Cooldowns chips was used.
