Everlasting VGM #15 March of the Dreadnoughts (FF13)
Everlasting Video Game Music, VGM that never gets old. Entry #15 "March of the Dreadnoughts" Scored by Hamauzu Masashi Game: Final Fantasy XIII Year: 2009 Publisher: Square Enix I don't care if fanboys hate me for this, but like FF13 a lot, it's actually one of my favorites and I've played every FF except 11 and 14. The plot is one of the best in the entire series, the characters are very likable and the music, composed by Hamauzu Masashi, is masterful, completely worthy of the saga. I honestly think all the hate FF13 gets is mostly because Square fused with Enix and people weren't happy about that and then FF12 was pretty bad, and that's very unfair because FF13 is an amazing game on its own right. FF13 has excellent music, with wonderful pianos and violins, and a couple of very nice jazz-type themes, like "Sazh's theme" and "Daddy's got the blues". I was undecisive about whether to use this or "Sunleth Waterscape", but I think the latter only plays a little bit. I listen to it a lot at home but that's not what this channel is about.
