Galactic Civilizations 3, Episode 9, Ship Building

As the need for more formidable starships become more urgent the Kry'klons gain access to the 2nd class of warship designs. It is time to somehow make a design that can utilize the extra power, and serve as a core fighter ship against the pirate threat, and also serve as the spearhead to any conflicts with the other alien races that may occur during this campaign.
