Apple iPad 3G 64GB goes crazy! Bugs out, then freezes and crashes

This has happened more than once. It first happened when I was playing We Rule. The soft keyboard had a mind of it's own and wouldn't stop pressing keys. I caught this one with my iPhone. I was browsing and all of a sudden, it bugged out!!??! I don't get it. I saw someone else have a similar problem. I finally hit sleep/wake or I have to do a full blown reboot.
