2001 Velazquez Torres Euro. Maple/German Spruce at Dream Guitars

This is an outstanding concert guitar. Manuel Velazquez is widely considered one of the top 10 builders in the world of the classical guitar. Since 1946 he has been making extraordinary Spanish inspired instruments. This Torres model was custom made for a guitar aficionado and incorporates wonderful woods and handmade Rodgers tuning machines. The Flamed European Maple is top notch as is the German Spruce top with dramatic bearclaw. But it's the voice that will captivate you, it's wonderful to hear over 50 years of experience and it is very evident in the voice of this guitar. Superb balance and clarity up the entire fingerboard. It's clear this one was crafted by a genius in the guitar world...
