iPhone 7s & 7s Plus - Rumors All of the rumors regarded to the upcoming iPhone 7s plus, all in one place. How's it going guys this is Apple Fox here back again with another video. And this time around the hype is all about the iPhone 8, it's going to be amazing of course but it's going to be really expensive. Like not everyone wants to pay a thousand dollars for a phone. For some people it's just a phone. So if you're one of them, don't worry, I did not forget about you. So besides the super premium iPhone 8 or iPhone Pro, we're gonna be seeing a regular iPhone 7s and iPhone 7s plus as well. These smartphones will represent the updated versions of the iPhone 7 and 7 plus, with updraged internals and specifications. And here in this video I want to talk about the rumors regarded to the 7s and 7s plus instead of the iPhone 8. As I already said in my video regarded to the iPhone 8, the release date is the 12th of September. Apple Keynote will be held on Tuesday that date and there we'll be seeing all of the iPhone models being presented to us, all of this are rumors so it might not be 100% accurate. So keep that in mind. First of all there has been an image of the dimensions of the 7s and 7s plus leaked. I've seen it on some chinese website too, of course it's just a rumor and not everyone will trust it but most of the time, it happens to be true at the end. And these picturues depict the actual size of the iPhone 7s. When comaparing these numbers with those of a regular 7 we have now, the difference isn't that big. The numbers of the 2017 model are just a little bit bigger. So the 7s is supposed to measure 138.4 mm tall, 67.2 mm wide and 7.2 mm deep. Which compared to the 2016 model that measures 138.3 mm tall, 67.1 mm wide and 7.1 mm deep, it is just a slight difference. So what could that mean? Well most people won't even notice those couple milimeters when holding both smartphones in their hand. And the slightly bigger size could possibly be happening because of the glass body that is supposed to happen on the 7s too. And the glass on the back will be happening in order for the wireless charging to become reality. Similar thing for the 7s plus as you can see here, reportedly it's 158.3 mm tall, 78.1 mm wide and 7.4 mm deep. In comparison with the 7 plus that is tall 158.2 mm, 77.9 mm wide and 7.3 mm deep, it's larger too. So we can see some kind of pattern or something like that with this. This bigger model is supposed to feature glass back too, so that's the reason why the dimensions are larger as well. What else do we know so far about it? Some rumors are saying OLED display will be happening for these variants as well. In my view, it doesn't make sense. The iPhone 8 is the premium one, so that's why I think they won't implement beautiful looking OLED display into the less expensive iPhones. It is a possiblity for sure, but I don't think it will happen. Not a lot of changes are expected when it comes to cameras. The classic 7s keeps the single-lense camera, some slight improvements are possible but I don't expect any megapixel bump at all. 7s plus might get optical image stabilization on the second lense as well but nothing really that significant, more attention will be focused on the premium iPhone 8. The iPhone 8 will have the front panel entirely made out of glass with the display covering most of the front side, the home button will become virtual and that way the Touch ID needs alternative. An iris scanner would be great and Apple is rumored to work on it. It's supposed to be called Face ID but why am I saying this when we're talking about the iPhone 7s not the 8? That is because the 7s could also feature the iris scanner as another option of security alongside the Touch ID, embedded into the homebutton, not sure how likely that is but some sources are saying it is happening. As far as the price and storage goes, it will most likey stay the same. I mean the price of the iPhone 7 when it got released will be the same for the 7s when it gets released too. Same thing with the storage, even though the lowest storage of the iPhone 8 will be 64 gb the lowest for the 7s will stay at 32gb, followed by 128 gb and also 256 gb option will be available too.
