ICOO ICOU10GT Quad Core A31, touch screen stopped to sense

ICOO ICOU10GT Quad Core A31 Tablet PC, touch screen doesn't sense finger touches. It's happened after about a month of receiving it on my hands. The tablet charges via power supply adaptor, connects to WiFi router, Vol+ & Vol- buttons are working too.
