Windows 8 Developer Preview Startup time

In my opinion this version of Windows 8 which is "Pre-Beta" is so much faster than Windows 7 at startup time for about 60% and installing/uninstalling/copy/paste things are much faster compared to Windows 7 and yes for all who are curious to know if this version of windows 8 still contains "lag" in Aero when minimizing and maximizing windows i wanna say that Aero is very smooth now and even is smoother than windows vista so aero lag it's gonne now in the windows 8 :)
