xyzprint da vinci mini y axis print bed slipping and stuttering

this short video demonstrates an issue I'm having with my xyzprint da vinci mini 3D printer where the y axis (or print bed ) is slipping and stuttering and then shifting the layers and messing up the print. Happens on fastor slow print and regardless of most settings.
