Russian Shakuhachi Festival 2022, 2 April 2022
Russian Shakuhachi festival "Shakuhachi Tai Kai 2022" took place in Moscow in April. This festival was a part of JFest Non Stop program which hosts numerous culture events in Moscow throughout the whole year. Visitors were given an opportunity to join various masterclasses and events: shakuhachi masterclass for beginners, koto and taiko masterclasses and also a lecture of a bamboo master Bambooway internationally acclaimed for his extra quality bamboo flutes. Also a gala concert followed at the end of the event hosting three different shakuhachi players, Tori band, koto and shamisen and taiko drums. Please enjoy this fan video.
