Veusz 9: Diverging stacked bar chart

Working from what we have already seen, with regard to making both stacked bars and spine charts, we make a diverging stacked bar chart---a chart that can be useful for representing many types of data. Here, we create a visualization for a survey of sentiments about a data visualizations course.
