EXPERIMENTING WITH A NEW ATTACHMENT FOR THE ALL IN ONE ROUTER BASE | DADO JIG
Since I built the All in One Router Base, I was thinking about a possibility, to make dados with an equal distance in between, just like it is done with shelf construction, but without the need to adjust the edge guide for each dado. I wanted to find a way to make any size of dado, without the need to have the right router bit. One day I had an idea how to do it. So I started an experiment to see if it works the way I wanted it to. On the whole it worked well, but an adjustment will still be necessary. But see for yourself.
