Downgrade iPhone 4s to iOS 8.4.1 without Apple logo freeze loop

This video is created to help iPhone 4s users who are stuck with a slow-sluggish device due to iOS 9.3.5 and who wants to downgrade to iOS 8.4.1 which makes the iPhone 4s usable again. There are other methods on YouTube on how this could be done but this is one that worked for me. I got stuck on the Apple logo freeze loop over and over again until I had to restore the device through iTunes several times. After doing some research I was able to downgrade the device with my own method which is recorded on this video to help others. Tools required to downgrade.
