Turmeric Flatbread & AMAZING Buckwheat Tabouli Lamb Wraps

And we are serving it together with our harissa rubbed slow roasted Lamb and baba ganoush recipes - links to these recipes here: https://bondiharvest.com/portfolio/baba-ganoush/ https://bondiharvest.com/portfolio/slow-cooked-lamb-shoulder-with-harissa-rub/ Recipe Name: Lamb Wrap Recipe Difficulty: Medium Serves: 4 Time: 20 minutes Ingredients 350g self raising flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 350g greek yogurt Olive oil 1 cup pulled lamb 2 tbs baba ganoush 1 tbs cooked buckwheat 1 garlic clove, minced 2 tbs parsley, chopped ½ tsp chili, minced 1 tomato, dice ½ red onion 2 tbs Olive oil 1 Lemon juice & rind Method Make your flat bread by mixing flour, yogurt and baking powder in a bowl, turn out on the bench and kneed for 15 minutes until elastic and smooth, then leave aside to rest for 10 minutes. Divide your dough in 4 then roll them out into discs about 2mm thick, in a pan on a medium heat add olive oil then one flatbread at a time cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until golden. Make buckwheat tabouli my mixing buckwheat, garlic, parsley, chilli, tomato, onion, olive oil and lemon.
