The Pitaka EZ Stand for the iPad (Would really work with any tablet) looks promising. This is an ALMOST win for me. I rely on the Smart Keyboard too much though. BUT - if you dont use the smart keyboard or are a big fan of AirPlay/Sidecar - this thing could be perfect for your desk.
