AURA SMART.- IMPRESORA DE CAMISETAS. AURA se enorgullece en presentar una nueva serie de impresoras de camisetas. Esta impresora es la mejor solución para imprimir en camisetas / paneles con tintas pigmentadas. Funciona en base blanca, aplicada con pantalla serigráfica. Puede de esta forma estampar tanto en prendas claras como oscuras. El mayor desafío que enfrentan las impresoras DTG es la tinta blanca en sí. La tinta blanca siempre causa problemas de obstrucción del cabezal de impresión y la consistencia de las impresiones. Asimismo el costo de las tintas blancas digitales suele ser elevado. Las impresoras más pequeñas disponibles en los mercados no dan suficiente producción, y las más grandes son demasiado caras y complicadas de operar. Para superar todos estos problemas; se nos ocurrió “SMART”. Esta impresora combina el formato de pantalla y la impresión digital; reduciendo el costo de impresión y haciendo posible el uso de tinta blanca por pantalla. “SMART” utiliza un software especial y una tecnología de sensor que facilita el registro y puede imprimir varias copias sin tener que copiar los diseños una y otra vez. This printer combines the format of screen and digital printing; reducing printing cost and making use of white ink possible by screen. “SMART” uses a special software and sensor technology which makes the registration easy and can print multiple copies without ripping the designs again and again.
